Paving work
Professional installation of paving surfaces for paths, squares, and driveways. We take care of the stable substructure and clean execution.
We develop paving concepts that are precisely tailored to the planned load and architectural environment. We combine the choice of suitable material with the necessary technical drainage to guarantee a permanently stable and functional area.

Paving construction: Our approach
From the base layer to the precise joint pattern – explained step by step.
Excavation and substructure
The durability of a paved area is decided underground. We excavate the ground professionally and create a frost-proof substructure from gravel and chippings. This is compacted in layers to prevent future subsidence or ruts.
Slope planning and drainage
Before the first stone is laid, we determine the slope. We ensure that rainwater is consistently drained away from buildings or runs off in designated channels and permeable areas. This prevents standing water and protects the building structure.
Professional installation
The paving is laid in the planned pattern (e.g. row or herringbone pattern). We ensure even joint spacing and clean cuts at the edges. Whether concrete or natural stone – the precision in laying determines the load-bearing capacity and the subsequent appearance.
Jointing and final cleaning
After laying, the joints are filled with suitable material (sand, chippings, or special joint mortar). The area is then vibrated to anchor the stones firmly in the bed. Finally, a thorough cleaning is carried out, so the area is immediately ready for use.

Expertise with responsibility
When the boss is also the site manager.
With us, management is not just a desk job: As your personal contact, our managing director combines many years of field experience with direct responsibility as the on-site construction manager. For you, this means short decision paths, technically sound advice without information loss, and the assurance that your project is managed with genuine craftsmanship.
FAQ: Frequently asked questions about paving work
Which material is right for my project?
It depends on the use. Concrete stone is dimensionally accurate, cost-efficient, and ideal for functional areas. Natural stone is extremely durable, ages aesthetically, and offers high individuality through its structure. We advise you accordingly to the load class.
How do we prevent frost damage and slipperiness?
A frost-proof substructure allows water to drain underneath the paving, preventing it from cracking in winter. To prevent slipperiness, we choose materials with the appropriate surface roughness (R-classes) that provide good grip even when wet.
What happens to the rainwater during heavy rain?
We plan each area with a minimum slope of 2 to 2.5%. Depending on the soil conditions and local regulations, we use permeable paving systems (eco-pavers) or integrate drainage channels that safely direct the water away.
What about weeds in the joints?
A certain amount of maintenance is required for paved surfaces. However, we offer solutions with firm, water-permeable joint mortar that prevents weed growth and ensures the joints remain stable during cleaning (e.g. with a broom).
